General Member August Elections Information

A member voting for upcoming election.

Elections are being held in August for the Second Member of bti体育鈥檚 Board of Investments and the Second Member of bti体育鈥檚 Board of Retirement.

Eligible General Members will have the following options for casting their vote during the voting period of August 4 through August 31, 2023:

  1. Online
  2. Telephonic
  3. Paper Ballot (if requested previously)

On August 4, 2023, eligible General Members will be emailed voting instructions and login credentials to their County or verified Outside Agency email address. (Eligible voters who don鈥檛 receive the August 4 email should check their junk/spam folder in case it got filtered out.)

Eligible voters who do not have a valid email address will receive login credentials and voter information sent by U.S. mail prior to the election. Eligible General Members who do not receive their login credentials by August 10, 2023 or who don鈥檛 know if they are eligible should contact their Departmental Election Coordinator.
